Mayra Ivonne Mendoza Díaz is a strategic Human Capital leader with over 18 years of experience driving organizational and cultural transformation within the energy and services sectors. She currently serves as Human Resources Director for Mexico and LATAM at REYCO Renovables, a global leader in renewable energy, where she has spearheaded the company’s regional expansion and positioned HR as a strategic partner for sustainable growth. She has successfully led the launch of operations across eight Latin American countries, the implementation of global corporate policies, and the development of transformational leadership programs that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning people, processes, and purpose to advance innovation and accelerate the energy transition. A graduate of the Global Leadership Program “Women in Wind” (GWEC), Mayra Ivonne is a vocal advocate for women’s leadership in the renewable energy industry, inspiring more women to take on executive roles in a traditionally male-dominated field.
